Terms of Service

Aha It's me ("we," "us," or "the Company"), located at 5F, Ga-8, 18 Eonju-ro 134-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06053, Republic of Korea (Business Registration Number: 387-06-03769), provides a self-serve online application that generates personality and relationship insights from the survey answers and birth information you provide. The Service combines a behavioral self-assessment, Saju (Four Pillars) and astrology calculations, and AI-generated written interpretation, and includes decision-support tools (the "Service"). Results are generated through the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

1. Certain features allow you to input information about another person (e.g., a partner, family member, or friend) for relationship analysis ("Third-Party Data").

2. By submitting Third-Party Data, you represent and warrant that you have obtained that person's explicit consent to share their information with us for this purpose.

3. You are solely responsible for any disputes arising from your submission of Third-Party Data. We may remove such data immediately upon a verified request from the affected individual.

Reports and analyses are produced by the Service's analysis framework, which calculates patterns from your inputs (including Saju and astrology calculations) and uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI technology) to generate the written interpretation. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. The Service does not provide professional psychological counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant decisions.

3. The Service does not provide consultations or manual or personal readings, and reports are not prepared or reviewed by a human consultant, counselor, or analyst. The Service does not provide predictions of future events.

4. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content and disclaim liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on it, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

1. Payment and refund processing are handled through authorized third-party payment service providers (including Toss Payments). The merchant name shown on your billing statement and the applicable provider’s own terms and checkout policies are presented at checkout and in your payment receipt; by placing an order, you agree to them.

2. All paid products, including the 12-Month Membership, are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically and you will not be charged again when a pass or membership expires. Memberships purchased as auto-renewing plans before October 7, 2026 keep the terms that applied when they were purchased.

3. All refund requests are handled in accordance with our standalone Refund Policy and the applicable payment service provider’s terms.

4. During the Beta, checkout runs in a test environment and no real charges are made.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aha It's me is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email at least 7 days (or 30 days for changes unfavorable to users) in advance.
